About

What is The Worship Toolbox?

I remember roughly 20 years ago driving out in the middle of nowhere in Southern Indiana and pulling the car off the side of the road to frantically search for a piece of paper and a pen. I was still new to leading worship and my life had recently been turned upside down by working a season at a small church camp. All I could think about was worship and what it meant to me and how I could help other people see how life changing it could be. I found a piece of paper and scratched out a heart with a cross in the middle and wrote “Worshipful Heart Ministries.” While the name has changed, that day was the beginning of the journey that launched The Worship Toolbox.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but God had all of my heart and I was willing to go anywhere. I was leading worship at a little country church and within a few years God would relocate me to the heart of Texas. Never in my life would I expect to end up working tech and music ministry alongside Max Lucado and the good people at Oak Hills Church. It was through that season of ministry that I was able to learn how to lead myself, how to lead staff, and how lead volunteers. I was able to work with guest artists like Chris Tomlin, Matthew West, Stephen Curtis Chapman, and many others. I encouraged learning and growth with my team and as a result I was one of the first 350 people in the world to become triple Infocomm certified as a CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D. I also worked hard to learn networking and earn the CCDA and CCNA networking certifications from Cisco. That season came to an end and now I’m working as a Design Engineer for an A/V integrator.

Now, I want to invest in you and learn from you. I’ve been working hard for several years developing unique tools that I think you will enjoy. This includes some of the first interactive training tools available in the worship and production market as well as high quality courses, eBooks, and an exclusive online community.

I invite you to join our community today and may God bless you and your ministry!
